Musubi A/R: Purchase and Redemption Guide

Musubi A/R is a Mobility RWA product that allows users to purchase and redeem tokenized receivables generated from real mobility businesses on the Base network.

This guide provides an overview of how to purchase Musubi A/R tokens and how to redeem them after the payment date.

Before getting started, please make sure you are accessing Musubi A/R from a PC browser and that you have USDC and ETH on the Base network. USDC is used to purchase Musubi A/R tokens, while ETH is used to pay gas fees for on-chain transactions.

How to Purchase

Step 1: Connect your wallet

• Open the Musubi A/R website from your PC browser.

• Click Login in the upper-right corner of the screen.

• Select Continue with a wallet and connect your wallet, such as MetaMask.

• After logging in, register a passkey in security settings for easier biometric logins (Face ID, fingerprint, etc.) without MetaMask.

⚠️ Before purchasing or redeeming, please make sure your wallet is connected to the Base network.

Step 2: Select a tokenized receivable

• Click Marketplace in the header.

• Choose the tokenized receivable you would like to purchase based on conditions such as due date or estimated APY.

ℹ️ Musubi A/R tokens can be purchased from 10 USDC. There is a unit incremental of purchasable amount. If you see an “Invalid Amount” message, please click the suggested value below.

Step 3: Enter the purchase amount and add it to your cart

• Enter the face value amount you would like to purchase.

• Review the details and click Add to Cart.

• Go to the Cart page, check the token(s) to purchase.

ℹ️ To change the purchase amount, click Edit. To remove the item from your cart, click Delete.

Step 4: Review and approve your purchase

• If everything in your cart looks correct, click Confirm Purchase.

• Read the important information before purchase and mark the checkbox.

• Approve the transaction in your connected wallet.

⚠️ Before approving the transaction, please make sure to review your purchase details, the terms, and all important information carefully. Once a transaction is submitted on-chain, it is not possible to cancel it.

Step 5: Confirm your purchase

• When the following screen appears, your purchase is complete.

• Click Go to Portfolio to view your purchased receivables and purchase history.

How to Redeem

Once the payment date arrives, the redemption button for the relevant token will become active on your dashboard.

Redemption is not automatic. After the payment date arrives, please complete the redemption process by yourself.

Step 1: Open your dashboard

• Click Dashboard in the header.

• Find the token whose due date has arrived.

• Click the active redemption button for that token.

Step 2: Review the redemption details

• A redemption confirmation pop-up will appear.

• Review the checkbox content and check the checkbox.

• Click the redemption button in the lower-right corner.

Step 3: Confirm redemption completion

• When the redemption completion screen appears, the redemption process is complete.

• Click the transaction ID shown below the redeemed amount to view the transaction on BaseScan

FAQ

1. What do I need before purchasing?

To use Musubi A/R, you will need a crypto wallet, USDC on the Base network, and a small amount of Base ETH for gas fees.

2. Why is the redemption button not visible or not clickable?

The redemption button becomes active only after the payment date arrives. Please check the payment date of the token on your dashboard or on the token detail page.

3. How can I check whether my transaction was successful?

After purchase or redemption, you can check the transaction status on BaseScan using the transaction ID shown on the screen.

4. What should I do if my purchased token does not appear?

It may take a short time for your portfolio to update after the purchase is completed. Please wait a moment, then check your portfolio again.

• When the login screen appears, click "Continue with a wallet" and connect your crypto wallet, such as MetaMask.
