Please enter the pick-up and the drop-off locations, or click the map icon on the right to find it. **If you have allowed access to my location, touching the map icon will display your current location. This will help you book TADA mini more conveniently.**

In case Airport pickup, please arrange exact pickup platform and exit with your driver.

Once you have decided on the pick-up and drop-off locations, the optimal route is also shown.

Once you have selected your location, choose your preferred car type. \
Please note that the Estimated Trip fare will vary depending on car type, distance, and time.

You can process transactions with Wallet or Free Ride.

In the case of a Free Ride, you do not need to connect a wallet. \
You can get a discount of up to 1,000 THB. \
If the price is over 1,000 THB, you can not use a Free Ride.

After entering your name and phone number(which does not have to be a local number), you should verify your phone number. After verifying, tap the "Book TADA" button.

When it comes to a wallet, you should complete a blockchain transaction. \
Depending on the condition of the network, the transaction may take some time. \ <mark style="color:red;">**We kindly ask you to avoid making another transaction at this stage.**</mark> If you accidentally make another transaction, the refund will be automatically processed within 24 hours.

When you click "Cancel Booking," the ride reservation will be canceled, and any used token will be refunded within 24 hours. \
When you click "Retry transaction," you will be redirected to the Wallet screen.

If the transaction has already been sent, then you can see a check icon in the Transaction sent pop-up. Please tap the close.

Please wait while a TADA driver is being matched.

If driver matching is successful, information about the driver's name, car, and car Number will provided. \
Tap the phone icon to call a driver. \
Tap the chat icon to chat with a driver. \
Tap the Cancel Booking button if you wish to cancel the booking. \
In chat, you can take a picture of your current location and upload it.

Tap the location icon to track the driver's location.

Or If you click “Driver Location” on bot menu, you can also see the driver’s location. You can check the current status of your reservation through bot too.

Once the pick-up is successful, a “Boarding completed" message will appear on Telegram, and "Pickup complete" will be marked as checked.
