MVL Bridge

What is the conversion rate?

The conversion of existing MVL ERC20 tokens and MVL BEP20 tokens is carried out in a 1:1 ratio. However, additional fees are incurred for the MVL Bridge service.

How long does the cross-chain transfer take?

If done according to the user guide "How to use the MVL Bridge", the cross-chain transfer can be done in about 10 minutes. (The time required may vary depending on the individual).

When is the cross-chain transfer completed?

The Pending state persists for a while after the Confirmed Transaction notification from MetaMask pop-up. The transfer of assets between chains can be considered 'complete' only when the Success Transfer window appears within the bridge page.

How can I check the progress of the bridge service?

In the MVL Bridge page, we inform you of the bridge progress through the waiting window (Pending screen). If you leave the waiting window, you will not be able to get the bridge progress, so please be careful not to close the waiting window. The cross-chain transfer is generally processed within 10 minutes after the completion of MVL transmission, but please note that it may take up to an hour depending on network conditions. A separate screen where you can check the bridge progress for your account at a glance will be supported in the future.

What should I do if the message "Insufficient funds" is displayed on Metamask?

There is an ETH or BNB gas fee when transferring tokens, but if there is no ETH or BNB in the wallet more than the amount to pay the gas fee, the insufficient funds warning message is displayed and the transaction cannot be performed. Before using the bridge service, please secure the sufficient amount of ETH or BNB in your Metamask wallet through the exchange.

Where can I view the cross-chain transaction?

The processed result of the cross-chain transactions can be viewed through Etherscan for MVL (ERC20) and BSC scan for bMVL (BEP20). You can also check your balance through the [Swap] tab on MVLBridge Website.
